Operators benefit from a sizeable work envelope accommodating up to 2500 kg, suitable for heavy structural or prototype parts. The machine supports automated processes, reducing downtime and operator intervention while maintaining precision. Its construction emphasizes ease of maintenance and long-term reliability, ensuring stable performance during continuous production runs common in industrial environments. This system exemplifies the value proposition offered by cnc lathe and cnc milling machine solutions focused on operational excellence and reduced total cost of ownership.

■   Machine Structure
GS series gantry machining centers adopt a gantry structure, inheriting the strong rigidity, symmetrical structure and high stability of traditional gantry machines, while also taking into account the rapid movement capability of vertical machining centers, significantly enhancing the processing efficiency of large workpieces for customers.
By applying the finite element analysis (FEM), the shape and position of the casting reinforcing ribs were optimized to achieve the optimal strength of the bed. Additionally, special reinforcing structures were designed for the X-axis base and Y-axis crossbeam to ensure the bed's stability and prevent deformation.
The four-track design of the Z-axis ram not only provides sufficient rigidity but also overcomes the low-speed crawling phenomenon and the defect of precision loss over time of the traditional hard rail.
