Coupled with a wide and heavy four-roller linear guide layout base, the machine tools have strong rigidity and good precision retention. The entire machine tool is professionally designed and manufactured with a focus on low center of gravity, anti-twist, and suitability for heavy cutting.

Description

■   Machine Structure

HV5F series machine tools adopt a fixed gantry column integral bed structure, featuring a large-span H-shaped gantry column and a front-hung box layout. Coupled with a wide and heavy four-roller linear guide layout base, the machine tools have strong rigidity and good precision retention. The entire machine tool is professionally designed and manufactured with a focus on low center of gravity, anti-twist, and suitability for heavy cutting.
Finite element analysis (FEM) is applied to optimize the shape and position of the reinforcing ribs of the castings, achieving the optimal strength of the bed. Additionally, the base and Y-axis column have been specially reinforced to make the bed structure more suitable for heavy cutting and increase the tool life.

Standard equipped with a lift-free turntable, continuous positioning and indexing can reach 0.001°. The entire series adopts a slider direct connection structure, featuring high rigidity and high precision.


The double lead precision worm gear and worm achieve zero clearance transmission and a maintenance-free lifespan of 20,000 hours. It also features a large transmission ratio, smooth transmission, and self-locking properties, making it particularly suitable for milling operations.
Imported P4 grade precision turntable bearings are selected, featuring three rows of rollers that respectively provide axial and radial support. This results in a large clamping torque on the worktable surface and a strong anti-overturning torque.
