Product Advantages

Structural Integrity and System Design Supporting Robust Manufacturing

The VS130 boasts a heavy-duty construction with a low center of gravity to maximize machine stability during aggressive milling. Its HT300 casting material and FEM-optimized ribs minimize vibration and distortion. The Z-axis counterweight system reduces mechanical loading on the lead screw, extending component life. Furthermore, the 24-tool disc magazine enables efficient tool changes. Partnerships with leading cnc machine dealers and tailored modular integration ensure adaptability within diverse factory layouts and CNC manufacturing environments.

Superior Performance and Operational Efficiency for End Users

Designed to deliver high precision and reliability, the VS130 supports spindle speeds up to 12,000 rpm with significant motor power, optimizing metal removal rates without sacrificing surface quality. Its wide workbench and high load capacity facilitate machining of bulky components. The machine’s compatibility with multiple CNC control brands streamlines programming and eases operator training. These factors collectively enhance throughput and reduce operational costs for users demanding durable and flexible cnc mill solutions.

  •  Machine Structure

VS series is professionally designed and manufactured with the main principles of low center of gravity, anti-distortion, anti-creep, heavy cutting, and high material removal rate.
Finite element analysis (FEM) is used to optimize the shape and position of the reinforcing ribs of the castings, making the bed strength optimal. Additionally, special reinforcement structures are applied to the Y-axis base and Z-axis column to make the bed structure more suitable for heavy cutting and increase the tool life.
The machine tool castings are made of HT300 high-grade material, which features high strength, strong resistance to deformation and excellent shock absorption capacity. After vibration aging and secondary tempering processes, the stress is eliminated, providing excellent dimensional stability and durability. This ensures that the machine tool maintains stable precision over a long period of use.

VS series is equipped with a standard spindle counterweight system, which can reduce the load on the Z-axis lead screw, decrease heat generation, and minimize the impact of thermal elongation on the machining accuracy of the machine tool. This enhances the machining accuracy of the machine tool and the surface finish of the workpiece.

The Z-axis column is a large span. All cast components are made of HT300 material, achieving superior vibration damping performance, support rigidity and excellent stability.
