Performance-wise, the VS120 balances power and control with spindle options up to 18 kW and smooth, repeatable movements delivering high-quality surface finishes. Operating with popular CNC systems enhances usability and training compatibility for industrial operators. The integrated 24-tool disc magazine supports rapid tool swapping and accommodates heavier tooling configurations. Its advanced thermal compensation mechanisms and expansive working range translate directly into improved ROI through minimized downtime and increased throughput—a hallmark among cnc machine dealers serving advanced manufacturing sectors.

  •  Machine Structure

VS series is professionally designed and manufactured with the main principles of low center of gravity, anti-distortion, anti-creep, heavy cutting, and high material removal rate.
Finite element analysis (FEM) is used to optimize the shape and position of the reinforcing ribs of the castings, making the bed strength optimal. Additionally, special reinforcement structures are applied to the Y-axis base and Z-axis column to make the bed structure more suitable for heavy cutting and increase the tool life.
The machine tool castings are made of HT300 high-grade material, which features high strength, strong resistance to deformation and excellent shock absorption capacity. After vibration aging and secondary tempering processes, the stress is eliminated, providing excellent dimensional stability and durability. This ensures that the machine tool maintains stable precision over a long period of use.

VS series is equipped with a standard spindle counterweight system, which can reduce the load on the Z-axis lead screw, decrease heat generation, and minimize the impact of thermal elongation on the machining accuracy of the machine tool. This enhances the machining accuracy of the machine tool and the surface finish of the workpiece.

The Z-axis column is a large span. All cast components are made of HT300 material, achieving superior vibration damping performance, support rigidity and excellent stability.
